Industrial Maintenance Technician - A

Conduct repairs and maintenance on sorting, grinding, and washing equipment to maximize safe and productive operations. Diagnose complicated repair work including electrical systems, troubleshoot and maintain complex electromechanical equipment, and independently program simple PLC instructions. Perform preventive maintenance according to standard schedules, overhaul machine components, and replace worn items as directed by work orders. Complete daily consumables reports and field service reports in the work order system, communicate with supervisors and equipment operators for problem clarification, and coach other technicians on diagnostic techniques. Schedule repair work for the group to reduce lost productivity while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
