Job Summary
Perform servicing and maintenance of facility equipment including turret presses, stamping presses, press brakes and other metal fabricating machines; troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems; troubleshoot machine issues, disassemble, repair or replace worn parts; handle equipment wiring, low and high voltage electrical work, and basic facility maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and furniture assembly. Requires 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, troubleshooting and repair of automated equipment, and ability to travel to other Gallatin facilities; PLC and robotic experience considered a strong plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years industrial maintenance in a manufacturing setting
- 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment
- Proven skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
- Maintenance and improvement of manufacturing equipment
- Must have reliable transportation, and ability/willingness to travel to other facilities in Gallatin as needed
- PLC and robotic experience are a big plus but not required
