Job Summary
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot mechanical issues, fabricate components, and support production teams with quick response to breakdowns. Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS, apply LOTO procedures, and collaborate with operations staff to reduce downtime. Work Monday through Thursday from 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods of time
- Frequently required to bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier loads with assistance
- Ability to use hands and arms for reaching, handling, and operating tools or equipment
- Tolerance for exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and industrial environments
- 2nd shift availability (3:15PM-1:45AM Monday through Thursday)
