Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and machine drive systems. Diagnose and modify PLC programs. Perform welding, machining, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently. Assist with building maintenance, installations, and pipefitting. Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all safety protocols. Requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate’s Degree in a technical field; strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo controls, and PLCs; proficiency in welding and machining; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The role is on 1st shift at the Mosinee, WI facility and may involve lifting up to 150 pounds, with pre-employment physical and drug screen requirements. Apprenticeship programs and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate’s Degree in a technical field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo controls, and PLCs
- Proficiency in welding, machining, and using hand/power tools (own tools required)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
