Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) at Avery Dennison responsible for the safe, efficient maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of machinery and facilities. Core duties include diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems (including PLCs and VFDs), performing root-cause analysis, conducting scheduled PMs to minimize downtime, supporting continuous improvement, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards (OSHA, LOTO). Requires ability to read schematics/technical drawings, use precision tools (calipers, micrometers), and work in a manufacturing environment with potential background check and drug screening. Required Qualifications
