Job Summary
Repair and maintain HVAC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatic equipment while performing routine maintenance on building structures, plumbing, electrical wiring, and safety hazards. Apply preventative measures such as sealing flat roofs and fixing structural damage to keep the facility operating. Maintain climate control and restore water fixtures as needed. This role requires HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Candidates must follow OSHA regulations and work rules. Radius Aerospace is a leading manufacturer of sheet metal parts for the aviation industry.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid Driver's License required
- Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Safe work practice knowledge
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Good regular attendance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Must comply with company's cybersecurity, information security, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling policies
- Must complete mandatory security training
- Must promptly report any suspected data or security incidents
- Must complete CMMC/ITAR compliance training (for certain roles)
- Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residence, or U.S. Immigration Status (for select positions)
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Certification preferred
- Electrical License/Training preferred
- Knowledge of welding
- Knowledge of fabricating
- Knowledge of PLC
- Knowledge of plumbing
- Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of general industrial maintenance
- Knowledgeable in hydraulic pumps
- Some basic computer and tablet knowledge
- Ability to interact well with co-workers
