Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Team Member is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as utilizing basic hand tools safely. The role requires knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA safety practices, and various PLC programming from manufacturers such as Omron and Allen Bradley. An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with the ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of basic hand tools
- Knowledgeable in the use of the NEC code book and OSHA safety manual
- Able to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems
- Able to troubleshoot and repair complex electronic systems at a component level
- Knowledgeable in AC and DC theory and various PLC programming
- Fluent in electronic schematics and terminology
- Able to troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic systems
- Able to troubleshoot and repair complex pneumatic systems
- Able to troubleshoot control, injection, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of various injection machines
