Job Summary
Monitor and sustain critical KPIs for ECU production assembly lines while analyzing maintenance skill sets and developing training programs. Execute improvement projects, assist with defect reduction activities, and lead root cause analysis to address equipment failures. Mentoring maintenance staff is a core duty, focusing on enhancing troubleshooting and execution capabilities. Requires a two-year technical degree, electrical and mechanical experience, and strong troubleshooting abilities. Advanced knowledge of PLC/HMI, robotics, and vision systems is beneficial.
