Job Summary
Lead and supervise the industrial maintenance department to ensure optimal floor operations across shifts; manage PM scheduling, supervise apprentices, review parts requests, utilize SAP for PM orders and RCA; coordinate with Engineering Manager on small CapEx projects; mentor technicians and conduct skill assessments; ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is desired/High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 3+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated knowledge in industrial electrical wiring, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair and installation
- Experience reviewing PM orders in SAP and coordinating with other departments
- Ability to plan and execute maintenance projects with Engineering Manager
- Knowledge of safety, regulatory compliance (EEO, Harassment, Sarbanes Oxley) and food quality standards
