Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic role responsible for diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and installing industrial equipment across cable and compound manufacturing plants. Must perform preventive/predictive maintenance, use CMMS for maintenance tracking, and support expansions/projects. Requires strong mechanical troubleshooting, welding/machining, pipefitting, hydraulic/pneumatic system knowledge, reading drawings/schematics, and safety adherence. Shifts include 2nd or 3rd with overtime/weekend hours; requires 5+ years experience (associate-degree preferred) and U.S. work authorization. Local candidates preferred; no visa sponsorship. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or related field (preferred)
