Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic responsible for maintaining blow molding and injection molding manufacturing equipment, executing and improving preventative maintenance procedures, participating in changeovers, repairing and rebuilding spare parts, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Requires strong hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical knowledge, plus ability to read manuals and blueprints, troubleshoot problems, and operate equipment up to 75 pounds with potential OT; role features a 3-2-2-3 schedule and a comprehensive benefits package with Plastipak. Location: Keasbey, NJ (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment
- Solid hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve
- Ability to interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet
