Job Summary
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems including gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and packaging equipment. Perform electrical work up to 480V, diagnose motor controls and safety circuits, and support PLC troubleshooting with I/O and basic ladder logic. Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements while performing welding and basic fabrication. Maintain documentation in CMMS and adhere to safety standards. Requires 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting skills in motor controls and schematics. Full-time role in Boston, MA, with overtime and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed
