Job Summary
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems including gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and packaging equipment. Perform electrical work up to 480V, diagnose motor controls and safety circuits, and support PLC troubleshooting involving I/O and basic ladder logic. Conduct welding and basic fabrication while leading equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements. Maintain documentation in CMMS and adhere to safety standards. Requires 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong skills in motor controls, PLCs, and schematics. Must be authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship. Full-time role in Burlington, MA with hourly pay ranging from $35 to $50+ based on experience. Includes health benefits, vacation time, and availability for overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed
