Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems including gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and packaging equipment. Perform electrical work up to 480V on motors, VFDs, and relays, while diagnosing motor controls, safety circuits, and PLC I/O. Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements, and conduct welding or basic fabrication as needed. Maintain documentation in CMMS and adhere to safety standards. This full-time role in Quincy, MA requires 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and the ability to work overtime or weekends. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed
