Job Summary
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems including gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and packaging equipment. Perform electrical work up to 480V, diagnose motor controls and safety circuits, and support PLC troubleshooting with I/O and ladder logic. Execute welding and basic fabrication while leading equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements. Maintain documentation in the CMMS and adhere to safety standards. This full-time role in Watertown, MA requires 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience and involves overtime and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed
