Job Summary
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems including gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and packaging equipment. Perform electrical work up to 480V, diagnose motor controls and safety circuits, and support PLC troubleshooting with I/O and basic ladder logic. Execute welding and basic fabrication while leading equipment setups, changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain documentation in CMMS and adhere to safety standards. Requires 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics. Located in Peabody, MA, this full-time role offers an hourly rate of $35 to $50+ with full benefits, health coverage, and vacation time.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed
