Job Summary
Troubleshoot mechanical systems including gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors while performing electrical work up to 480V on motors, VFDs, and safety circuits. Diagnose motor controls and support PLC troubleshooting involving I/O and basic ladder logic. Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements, and perform welding with basic fabrication tasks. Maintain documentation in CMMS and adhere to safety standards. Requires 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong skills in motor controls, PLCs, and schematics. Full-time role in Revere, MA with overtime and weekend availability; hourly rate $35 to $50+.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed
