Job Summary
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems including gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and packaging equipment. Perform electrical work up to 480V on motors, VFDs, relays, and sensors while diagnosing motor controls, safety circuits, and basic PLC logic. Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements alongside welding and basic fabrication tasks. Maintain documentation in CMMS and adhere to safety standards. This full-time role in a Woburn, MA manufacturing plant requires 3–5 years of experience and may involve overtime, weekends, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed
