Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and precision measuring instruments
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, or on-call as required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with web and sheet-fed printing presses and bindery equipment.
- Certifications in HVAC, welding, or electrical systems.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- Experience with PLCs or automation systems.
