Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment, perform rebuilds and installations, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Document all work using a computerized maintenance management system to retrieve data. Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and plant expansion efforts while maintaining high standards of housekeeping, organization, and safety. Provide coverage across shifts and weekends as needed, with overtime expected based on projects and urgent needs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience in multiple mechanical disciplines such as welding, machining, fabrication, pipefitting, rigging, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor/pump alignment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment documentation
- Comfort working at heights using ladders, scaffolds, or rooftops
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to communicate effectively
- Must be available to work all shifts
- Must be available for weekend shifts
