Job Summary
Perform timely maintenance and troubleshooting in collaboration with Reliability and SME groups to complete tasks and execute Root Cause Analysis. Identify hazards, follow safe work procedures, and prepare pre-task plans before conducting work in accordance with Conduct Ops. Obtain necessary permits, communicate effectively with the 24/7 Team or impacted groups for hand-offs, and correct emerging issues or discoveries. Generate ideas for cost savings and reliability projects, assist with post PM startups, and ensure parts availability through coordination with the Stores Program owner. Maintain a clean work area and provide feedback on task instructions. This role requires a Registered Unlicensed Electrician Card and a Class C Boiler License, with an on-call rotation to support the 24/7 Team. Candidates must possess strong electrical knowledge, mechanical experience, and the ability to weld, while assisting in training Process Experts and TREs on equipment functionality.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Mechanical and Electrical experience
- Previous work experience in a fast paced, industrial setting
- Mechanical/Electrical degree
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting procedures
- Root Cause Analysis
- Strong Electrical Knowledge/Understanding
- Ability to obtain Unlicensed State Card
- Ability to weld
- Basic understanding of metal fabrication
- Experience with programming controls
- HMI's
- PLC's
Desired Qualifications
- Experience running or maintaining pultrusion equipment
- Boiler License
- Ability to obtain Boiler License upon hire
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
