Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic responsible for completing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across facility equipment including pumps, hydraulic systems, conveyors, and bearings. Must read mechanical/electrical schematics/blueprints, operate forklifts/heavy equipment, use maintenance software/CMMS, follow safety policies, document work, and perform duties across varied indoor/outdoor conditions. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1+ year maintenance experience, basic computer skills, English communication, and willingness to work overtime. Position is full-time at the Newark, CA facility with first shift availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of industrial or heavy equipment maintenance experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to perform physical job duties including lifting up to 50lbs and other physical requirements
- Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE
