Job Summary
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and warehouse equipment, vehicles, and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while supporting fabrication, welding, and minor construction projects. Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and parts inventory, and safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other industrial equipment. Complete facility and grounds upkeep tasks including lighting, painting, and snow removal. Adhere to all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Work independently and as part of a team to minimize operational downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical training in maintenance, welding, electrical, or related trades
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or agricultural environment
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read basic blueprints and schematics
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate equipment issues clearly
- Willingness and ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., work at heights, and perform physical tasks in an industrial environment
- Forklift certification
- Willingness to obtain required equipment certifications with company support
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance, welding, electrical, or related trades preferred
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or agricultural environment preferred
