Job Summary
Maintenance Generalist responsible for repair and preventative maintenance of plant mechanical/electrical equipment, conveyors, power trains, bearings, motors/gearboxes, and forklift systems; perform lubrication, predictive and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, maintain inventory and logs, ensure product quality and safety; requires 6 months of mechanic experience or industrial maintenance training, HVAC/R or CIRO/CARO certification (or ammonia-system experience), ability to use measurement devices, and willingness to work overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of mechanic work experience documented in the application or a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program
- HVAC/R program or CIRO/CARO certification or experience with an ammonia system
