Job Summary
Oversees maintenance department for bakery equipment at a distribution manufacturing facility; designs, evaluates, troubleshoots, repairs and installs bakery equipment; supervises maintenance team with administrative, interpersonal, and technical responsibilities; ensures adherence to safety guidelines; plans and executes preventive maintenance, coordinates with other departments, and manages budgeting and part inventory; leads installation, repair and programming of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and PLCs; manages refrigeration/HVAC systems and material handling equipment; requires associate degree or technical training, 3-4 years related experience, and relevant electrician/refrigeration certifications; on-call and 24/7 operation readiness; Domino's offers competitive wages, benefits, and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or Technical School Training (minimum two years)
- Minimum 3 to 4 years related experience
- Licensed journeyman or skilled-trade certification
- Certified Electrician (Electrical) and Refrigeration
- EPA Refrigeration Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Safe Food Handling Practices
- A B I (American Bakery Institute) certification - preferred
- Hazardous Materials Certification (Minnesota) - state-specific (if applicable)
