Industrial Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance department by supervising technicians and establishing procedures, documentation, and best practices. Build and continuously improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs while troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment, including PLC-controlled systems, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies. Analyze equipment failures to perform root cause analysis, partner with production leadership to maximize uptime, and manage spare parts inventory, scheduling, and vendors. Ensure compliance with safety standards and foster a proactive culture focused on reliability and continuous improvement. Manage projects and upgrades to support the company's growth in custom HVAC air filter manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance & leadership experience in a manufacturing environment including managing maintenance teams or supervisors
- Strong experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled automated equipment (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Proven success implementing and managing preventative maintenance programs
- Experience troubleshooting: Electrical systems
- Experience troubleshooting: PLCs & automation
- Experience troubleshooting: VFDs
- Experience troubleshooting: Hydraulics & pneumatics
- Experience troubleshooting: Mechanical systems
- Experience troubleshooting: Motors, sensors, relays, and conveyors
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Overtime may be required at times based on production needs)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment
- Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or CMMS experience
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
