Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems, including Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, variable frequency drives, and industrial communication networks. Diagnose issues across analog and digital instrumentation, sensors, and power distribution equipment to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with production and maintenance teams to optimize process control systems in a highly automated, 24/7 environment. Initial assignment will likely be on the 2nd or 3rd shift.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance, electrical, or electronics experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical controls, automation, and production equipment
- Experience programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs
- Working knowledge of HMIs, drives, motors, sensors, and industrial control systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Must be able to work any shift within a 24/7 manufacturing operation
- Initial assignment will likely be on 2nd or 3rd shift
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred
