Job Summary
Maintain, repair all existing electrical equipment in production areas and troubleshoot PLCs while adhering to company safety rules and policies. Diagnose issues with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC hardware and software, as well as gas burner controls. Interpret diagrams, schematics, and motor controls to ensure operational efficiency. Requires high school diploma, relevant trade training, and 2–3 years of experience. Lift heavy materials up to 50 pounds. Work a rotating shift from 2:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., six days per week with Sundays off. Compensation is $33.76 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC hardware and Software
- Basic knowledge of Siemens PLC hardware and software
- Basic knowledge of Gas burner controls
- Good knowledge of windows Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and motor controls
- Team player, reliable and high work integrity
- High School Diploma or equivalent and training or certification in relevant skill or trade
- 2 - 3 years' experience in a relevant field
- Lifting heavy materials, up to 50 pounds
