Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Job Summary
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems across production equipment and facility infrastructure; perform emergency and scheduled repairs on motors, controls, PLCs, and VFDs; interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and work orders; conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment; support installation and commissioning of new machinery; ensure all work complies with electrical codes and plant safety policies; assist with mechanical maintenance tasks such as troubleshooting motors, pumps, and pneumatic systems; collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability; maintain a clean and safe work environment; utilize CMMS for work orders and parts tracking.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Industrial or Maintenance Electrician
- Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting, schematics, PLCs, and VFDs
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E safety standards and industrial control systems
- Willingness to perform hands-on mechanical work as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
