Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Training Program in Council Bluffs: join a 12-month program combining on-site maintenance work at the Council Bluffs Case Ready facility with education at IWCC. Trainees will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment, learn Tyson policies, and commit to a full-time maintenance role for at least two years after successful completion. The program requires willingness to work any shift, holidays, weekends, and nights, and applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior mechanical training or experience is a plus.
