Job Summary
Industrial Lubrication Technician at Cushman & Wakefield/C&W Services performing lubrication and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, power transmissions, and other heavy industrial rotating equipment. Must work in a team-oriented, safety-conscious environment with strict adherence to PJHA and site safety guidelines. Requires knowledge of lubrication practices and Preventive/Predictive Maintenance; ability to operate simple to complex heavy industrial equipment; willingness to undergo Ultrasonic Emissions Training/Certification (optional). Five years’ experience in industrial maintenance/lubrication is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required, with AA degree preferred. Physical ability to perform substantial lifting and work in an environment with moving parts, fumes, and extreme conditions; must be able to meet safety and administrative duties as assigned. Compensation offered at $29.75 - $35.00 per hour, DOE, with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must be or be able to be certified as MLT Level 1 Lubrication Technician.
