Job Summary
Industrial Labourer / Filter Service Technician needed to replace HVAC air filters, perform basic maintenance and housekeeping, follow safety procedures, and report hazards at industrial customer sites in the Fort McMurray area. Full-time year-round schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (50 hours/week) with overtime after 40 hours; starting wage $28.00/hour with annual pay projected between $80,000 and $90,000, plus benefits and RSP matching. PPE provided; driver’s license with clean 3-year abstract and insured driving history required. Certifications such as CSO/BSO, H2S Awareness, Silica Awareness, OHS Alberta Legislation Awareness, and related assets are noted. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, continual improvement, and alignment with company values; drug/alcohol tests may be administered. The role is based in Fort McMurray, AB, Canada with in-person work and a nationwide Canadian footprint.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience or skills
- Mechanical knowledge and skills in previous roles
- Experience at industrial site is an asset
- Certifications: CSO or BSO, H2S Awareness, Silica Awareness, OHS Alberta Legislation Awareness, Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness (assets)
