Industrial Inside Sales

Generate sales through telemarketing efforts and support the outside sales function by arranging treatment or rework for products meeting customer special order requirements. Evaluate sales trends and inventory levels to order products maintaining branch stock, while assisting with pricing structure development and facilitating direct shipment of non-stick or bulk orders from manufacturers. Control administrative affairs by ensuring billing document accuracy, validating product receipts, verifying truckload schedules, and performing assigned credit functions. Maintain high customer relations through personal and telephone contact, with bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred.
