Job Summary
Conduct rapid first aid, episodic care, and ergonomic evaluations for employees during clinic hours. Provide personalized wellness coaching on nutrition, fitness, and stress management while facilitating screenings for blood pressure and body composition. Develop job-specific agility routines, coordinate care with physicians, and manage data for injury prevention and program participation. Support health fairs, emergency response drills, and the client wellness committee. Maintain OSHA records, order clinic supplies, and collaborate with management on safety protocols and incident reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training, or a related field
- at least three years' experience
- Board of Medicine licensed health care provider within the state of practice (where applicable) in good standing
- CPR/AED instructor certified by request
- DOT Drug & Alcohol Certification
- Educated, trained and evaluated in five major practice domains
- Injury and illness prevention and wellness promotion
- Examination, assessment, and diagnosis
- Immediate and emergency care
- Therapeutic intervention
- Health care administration and professional responsibility
- National Athletic Trainer Association Board of Certification (NATABOC)- Certified Athletic Trainer, in good standing
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
