Job Summary
Perform maintenance and service for commercial HVAC customers, executing installs, repairs, and maintenance on equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, and packaged units. Utilize company technology and technical capability to deliver a great customer experience. Requires Universal EPA Certification, minimum five years of commercial HVAC service experience, and high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills, time management abilities, and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks while working well with other technicians and tradesmen. Full-time role with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus free virtual primary care and mental health services.
Required Qualifications
- Universal EPA Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of Commercial HVAC Service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate
- Manufacturers equipment certifications
- Multiple seminar certifications
- Excellent written communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent oral communications skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to deal with difficult people
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well with other technicians and tradesman
