Job Summary
Industrial Handler responsible for the safe handling, movement, and preparation of parts through the blast plant and coating facility, including operating forklifts, cranes, telehandlers, and tugs; perform part prep (power wash, degrease, masking) and ensure surfaces are ready for blasting; complete daily safety checks and enforce PPE; flexible to take on miscellaneous duties; must have 1–2 years of material-handling and heavy-equipment experience, knowledge of rigging, and ability to work safely in a plant environment with a 375 lb weight limit; two shifts available (Day 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Night 9:00 PM–7:30 AM); ESOP ownership culture and team-based environment; location Circleville, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in material handling in an industrial/manufacturing/construction environment
- 1–2 years of experience operating heavy equipment (forklifts, cranes, telehandlers)
- Basic knowledge of rigging and safe handling practices for heavy loads
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use PPE consistently
- Physical stamina and strength to handle parts of varying weights
- Must meet a weight restriction of 375 lbs or less
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
