Job Summary
Diagnose equipment problems and execute necessary repairs while adhering to all safety procedures and technical documentation. Complete work outlined in the preventative maintenance program and maintain accurate records of all tasks. Perform assigned duties including welding carbon steel and stainless steel using Tig-Mig, Stick, and other shop equipment, as well as troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Operate a digital multimeter and follow oral and written directions to ensure product safety, legality, and quality for BCW Food Products. This full-time hourly role requires moderate lifting, basic computer skills, and English proficiency, with possible daily extended hours and weekend work to meet production schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be physically able to do moderate lifting
- Must be capable of learning basic computer functions
- Must be capable of keeping accurate records
- Must be able to follow oral and written directions
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and mechanical systems

- Ability to read and understand technical documents, drawings, and blueprints
- Basic knowledge of shop equipment (welding ability of Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel, using Tig-Mig, and Stick welders)
- Be capable of using a digital multimeter
- Full-Time hourly position with possible daily extended hours & weekend work as required to meet production schedule
