Industrial FP&A Analyst

Job Summary
Industrial FP&A Analyst responsible for financial oversight and analytical support for Bakerly’s U.S. manufacturing operations, partnering with plant leadership to monitor production performance, cost variances, inventory, yield and OEE, and to translate data into actionable business insights. You will develop and enhance financial tools, dashboards, and processes; manage weekly/monthly financial results, cost per ton, inventory metrics, and margins by product/SKU; own the monthly close for plant cost centers across two U.S. sites; present findings to plant leadership; collaborate with operations, supply chain, quality, and maintenance to drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with budget and strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree or CPA/CMA a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing cost controlling, industrial FP&A, or plant finance in a production environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE preferred) and BI tools (Power BI preferred); advanced Excel proficiency required.
