Industrial Field Supervisor

Oversee daily crew operations for field projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include conducting daily safety tailgate meetings, ensuring crews have proper tools, PPE and equipment, monitoring safety compliance and performance, providing training and support to field crews, tracking daily activity and performance, coordinating scheduling with office staff, conducting weekly performance audits and crew meetings, creating and managing weekly crew schedules, performing monthly truck and equipment inspections, and communicating client updates and operational changes to field crews. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to pass a drug screen and background check, and travel up to 50% with potential overnight/out-of-state travel; authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and strong problem-solving skills.
