Job Summary
Provide technical support via phone or on-site troubleshooting, perform installation, startup, and commissioning of industrial products, and oversee third-party installers during customer setups. Test system functions, train customers on operation and maintenance, and coordinate service schedules across various locations. Create detailed reports for all installations and technical support issues. This remote role based in Georgia requires living within the state, with up to 75% travel and ability to work various shifts. Candidates must hold a technical trade certificate, possess electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and maintain a safety-first mindset while wearing required PPE. Matrix designs innovative safety products for industrial markets globally.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate of Completion from a technical or trade school
- Must be able to live within the state of Georgia
- Must have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Safety-minded (safety must be a priority)
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Quality minded, resourceful, and dependable
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor facilities
- Travel up to 75%
