Job Summary
Conduct on-site assessments of workplace environments to identify injury risks and develop customized prevention programs. Provide immediate care and first aid for work-related injuries, then evaluate and treat musculoskeletal issues using therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques. Design individualized rehabilitation programs to facilitate safe return-to-work and educate employees on body mechanics, ergonomics, and safety strategies. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and occupational health specialists to ensure comprehensive care while maintaining accurate records of assessments and progress notes. Stay current on industry trends and regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training with BOC certification and state licensure. Full-time employment with travel to various worksites and remote locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training
- Certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) from the Board of Certification (BOC)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Athletic Trainer
- Willingness to travel to various worksites and remote locations as needed
