Job Summary
Perform reactive electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on industrial facilities, including 480V motor repairs, VFD drives, and PLC circuits. Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical equipment using precision tools, schematics, and technical drawings while adhering to safety guidelines. Clean, lubricate, and adjust pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and operate forklift or high-lift equipment as needed. Work independently in a Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p shift at $31-$42 per hour in Corsicana, TX. Requires 2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Required Qualifications

- 2-year Industrial Electrical Degree or 1-2 years' equivalent experience in an industrial environment

- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
- 2 - 4 years boiler experience preferred with a current Boiler Operator Certification
- two years as a Plant Shift Maintenance Technician or four years' Industrial maintenance experience
