Job Summary
Maintain full compliance with all electrical and safety standards, including NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA, to ensure a safe, reliable, and regulation-aligned work environment. Conduct comprehensive inspections of electrical distribution systems, lighting infrastructure, and emergency power systems to verify equipment is properly de-energized, grounded, and prepared for maintenance. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems up to 480 VAC, including panels, breakers, conduit, wiring, transformers, and motors, while diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic instruments to support safe, efficient restoration of equipment functionality. Interpret complex technical drawings and schematics to guide installation and system integration. Lead contractors and operations personnel in equipment installations to minimize downtime and strengthen overall system integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in related field
- 3–5 years industrial or commercial electrical experience
- Conduit bending, installation, and routing (EMT, RMC, PVC, etc.)
- Pulling, terminating, troubleshooting, and installing wiring in industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of NEC standards and industrial safety practices
- Ability to read electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
- Proficiency with electrical tools and test equipment
