Job Summary
Analyze production workflows, conduct time studies, and support line balancing to optimize efficiency and throughput. Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, partner with engineering teams to implement solutions, and assist with facility layouts and ergonomic improvements. Create technical documentation, maintain process standards, and collect data to drive informed decision-making for new product transitions. Collect and analyze production data to help drive informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree, certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience conducting time studies and labor analysis
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software applications
- Knowledge of production layouts, ergonomics, and manufacturing processes
