Job Summary
Industrial Engineering & Operational Excellence Specialist drives measurable improvements and capacity gains across EMEA Operations through shopfloor-based Kaizen execution and Six Sigma problem solving, with validated benefits. Lead Kaizen events, perform time studies and line balancing, support ramp-up of new/existing lines, translate leadership priorities into improvement charters with targets, apply Lean/Six Sigma DMAIC to eliminate waste, and own benefits realization from baseline to sign-off with Finance. Coach site teams, provide Kaizen documentation (A3s, KPI impact), and sustain improvements while building local capability.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
