Job Summary
Industrial Engineering Manager responsible for leading a ~10-person team of Industrial Engineers at the Skjern production site. Drive process improvements, implement new technologies and manufacturing processes, and lead engineering projects in collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and global IE/technology stakeholders to ensure efficient, stable manufacturing processes aligned with global standards. Lead layout optimization, value stream improvements, and flow efficiency initiatives. Demonstrate strong leadership and people-management capabilities, apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, and manage stakeholder communications. Fluent in English and Danish and able to operate in an international organization.
