Job Summary
Industrial Engineering Manager responsible for securing speed, reliability, and quality of the new product industrialization process, overseeing NPI ramp-ups to meet timing and volume targets. Acts as a Business Partner to support capacity management, asset maintenance, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Reviews production processes and specifications, analyzes operational data, and drives technological and efficiency improvements across manufacturing operations. Lead APQP processes to secure timely implementation and ramp-up quantities; collaborate with other departments to develop design and production standards to ensure product quality; oversee capacity bottlenecks, CAPEX processes, CTX deployment, and DFX and quality improvement activities. Based in Istanbul within a multicultural, globally connected Product Industrialization team. Hybrid work model combining supplier location work and home based on team needs. What you’ll bring: degree in engineering, 5-10 years in process industrialization with relevance to electronics or appliances, experience with APQP and tools (DOE, MSA, PFMEA), familiarity with plastics, motors, PCBA and key processes (injection, stamping), fluent English, global stakeholder management, proactive and data-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant Engineering
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Process Industrialization
- experience in small domestic appliances, consumer electronics, IoT or related electronics/manufacturing
- APQP and quality tools such as DOE, MSA, PFMEA
- Familiarity with plastic parts, motor and PCBA and key processes (injection, stamping)
- Fluent in English
- Global business experience and stakeholder management across locations
