Job Summary
Monitor and support GPS and telematics equipment for trailers and trucks, assisting with installation, updates, and vendor coordination. Perform system configurations, technical testing, and troubleshooting for fleet and digital systems. Update asset records, driver inspection forms, and work procedures while contributing to process improvement initiatives. Coordinate training sessions for supervisors and drivers. This Industrial Engineering Intern role supports a high-priority ERP pilot project focused on fleet, equipment, and digital system optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Interest in technology, systems, and process improvement
- Comfortable learning and working with different software platforms and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
