Develop and implement systems to enhance engineering service quality while overseeing the order launch process. Ensure jobs are prepared for manufacturing within required time frames and develop engineering issues and bill of material specifications through cost competitiveness. Provide engineering support to production on product design, development, costing, and application. Initiate activities to improve engineering support to customers and departments using technology, education, communication, and information systems. Coordinate continuous improvement activities with employees.
