Job Summary
Industrial Engineer responsible for analysis and determination of machinery/equipment requirements with AutoCAD drawings, end-to-end production-process design, workflow diagrams and SOP documentation; perform time and method studies, optimize line balancing, lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) and cost-reduction projects, establish work standards and method preparations, coordinate production preparation processes, and regularly report production KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduates of Industrial Engineering or related engineering departments from universities
- Advanced knowledge of English
- At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; preferably able to effectively use AutoCAD and technical software tools
- Knowledge of Lean Production techniques and applications, either theoretical or practical
- Capable of multitasking and highly skilled at managing stress in a busy work environment
- Meticulous in task tracking and operational process management, strong communication skills, dynamic and results-oriented
- Residing in or able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli provinces
- Male candidates must have completed their military service
